I loved working with Teresa. This is now the 2nd time shes helped me find a place since I've moved to vegas and shes been amazing. Listened to my wants and made it happen quickly. It took us a couple days to find the place to get and she was there every step of the way all day. Truly a blessing she was so patient and helped when I had any questions. We had the pleasure of working with Teresa in fulfilling a stringent set of requirements for our relocation from the Boston area to Las Vegas. Early in the process, we spent about a week with Teresa as our guide, assessing if Las Vegas was an appropriate destination. Then, we entrusted her to do the groundwork while we were back in New England, and call us when she located a winner. Trusting her judgment 100%, we would fly in from Boston to inspect the property, make a deal with the seller, sign up the Purchase & Sale agreement and return to Boston, all within 24 hours. Teresa took it upon herself to monitor our new construction over the next three months, keeping an eye on progress and noting issues as we would do if we lived locally. She was also an excellent resource for referral to tradesmen we’d need to work with once we moved in. As a bonus, we started with a Realtor and gained a wonderful friend. Teresa is in a class by herself, literally six stars on a scale of five.
